- “We are KVN, and we are legion!”
- ―Mega-KVN
The Evil KVNs, also known as the Mega-KVN, are a group of defective KVN robots seen in the episode "The First Times They Met". They are the antagonists of the episode.
Appearance[]
They are similar in appearance to all other KVNs; a spherical hovering robot, whose body is mostly composed of yellow, white, and gray parts. They have no legs, and two arms. Their eyes are glowing red most of the time. As with most KVNs, they are extremely tough, shrugging off anything from gunfire to flamethrowers.
History[]
30 years prior to the events of the series, these KVNs were bought by Clarence during a clearance sale. However, he soon found out they were all defective; they had a derangement virus that made them violent. Since Clarence still wanted to make a profit, he stored them in the Crimson Light in the hope they would become a collector's item. However, this didn't happen and the 30 year imprisonment only made them crazier.
Season 2[]
In "The First Times They Met", KVN finds the machine the KVNs are stored in, and releases one. Not much later, a power outage caused by Nightfall's extensive use of the Virtulazium causes the machine to release the other KVNs as well. They immediately set out to extract revenge on Clarence. KVN tries to reason with them, but they have their mind set on killing Clarence. They even combine into a Mega-KVN to hunt Clarence down.
They drive Clarence, Fox, Ash and Little Cato to the ship's airlock, and come close to reaching Clarence, but at the last moment Little Cato opens the airlock and they are all send hurling into space, where the cold freezes them. This however doesn't kill them, and they vow to return to finish their revenge.
Only one KVN remains on board the Crimson Light; the first KVN that was released. The Team Squad's KVN however makes short work of him by ripping a vital component out of it's body, killing the KVN.
Season 3[]
In "Hyper-Transdimensional Bridge Rising", the Mega-KVN returns on Kalden 1 along with the Dewinters, the Queen of Galang-22, Time Swap Sammy, and Todd H. Watson. The Mega-KVN attempts to exact revenge on Clarence, but Fraskenhaur comes to the latters' aide and engages the Mega-KVN in a fight. Fraskenhaur overpowers the KVNS and destroys most of the KVNS by ripping their arms off. The last remaining Evil KVN manages to mortally wound Todd Watson by impaling him with its claws, before being destroyed when Todd repeatedly shoots it.

Trivia[]
- Their numbers are rather inconsistent throughout the episode. At most, there seems to be 12 of them, but the Mega-KVN they eventually form seems to be composed of only 5 - 6 KVNs.
- They appear to be more durable than The Team Squad's KVN (who was disabled by a single Hive in "Chapter 10") and the Infinity Guard KVNs (who where easily dispatched with an electric shock).
