The Gatekeeper is a creature residing in the mind of the titan Bolo. He was first seen in "Chapter 8", when the Team Squad visited Inner Space to meet Bolo, and later returns in "The Chamber of Doubt".
Appearance[]
Gatekeeper looks like a sphere wreathed in blue flames, with long, black legs and arms. He has a mouth and two eyes, which take up almost his entire body. Gary Goodspeed jokingly called him "a giant flaming M&M".
He is never seen without his spear.
Personality[]
The Gatekeeper is very impatient and sassy. Nearly any time he talks to members of the Team Squad, he sounds angry or annoyed.
Biography[]
Gatekeeper awaited the Team Squad when Bolo pulled the Galaxy One into his mind. He took them from Brain Chamber 1 all the way to room 795, Bolo's mind palace, where he informed them only Gary could proceed. When Gary was send back in time by Bolo to meet his father, John Goodspeed, Gatekeeper enabled the others to see the reunion. At the end of the episode, he urged them to leave since time was running out for them to close the breach to Final Space.
