Background[]
In the episode "The Arachnitects", the Team Squad visited him after they were advised to seek his help by Molelito and Super Molelito, who believed the general knew the secret to activating one of the Dimensional Keys that would allow them to find Mooncake. When they met the general, he was in the middle of fighting a war, but still made time to answer the team's questions. He flirted with Clarence, even though Clarence claimed their visit was strictly business this time.
Unfortunately, like all persons before him, he could not help the Team Squad, claiming that, in spite of what his title suggests, he was just a simple scout and they needed a real leader.
Trivia[]
- Catolope is strongly implied to be gay as indicated through his conversation with Clarence as he called Clarence “Mr. Naughty” in a flirtatious tone. This suggests that Clarence And Catoloupe used to be in a same sex relationship. If so, this would make Catoloupe and Clarence the first LGBT characters to appear on the show.
