Rugaro was a planet that was inhabited by beings called Beforians, who were dedicated to protecting the fifth Dimensional Key. However, in "Descent Into Darkness", Rugaro is devoured by the Dark Zone, breaking apart as it is being pulled in. All its inhabitants had been killed moments before by Sheryl Goodspeed
